ZLUXURQ strives to ensure that each order is shipped promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, estimated delivery times, shipping fees, tracking, and any assistance regarding shipping-related concerns. Our goal is to keep customers informed throughout the shipping process.
Order Processing
Typically, orders take 1–3 business days to process once payment is confirmed. During this time, we verify order details, prepare items for shipment, and coordinate with carriers for pickup. After your order is dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, ZLUXURQ ships to addresses within the continental United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses are not supported unless specifically stated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 15–20 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, distance, weather, or other external factors. Tracking information will be provided to monitor your shipment.
Shipping Fees
Our standard shipping fees are outlined below:

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
If your shipment requires customs clearance, any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. ZLUXURQ does not pay these charges. We recommend customers review local import rules before placing an order.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, an email with the carrier name and tracking number will be sent. Customers can track delivery progress directly on the carrier’s website. If tracking appears delayed or unavailable, contact our support team for help.
Packaging and Handling
Orders are packed with suitable materials to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Packaging is selected based on the product type, size, and fragility to ensure safe delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or seems lost during shipping, contact ZLUXURQ promptly with your order number and photos, if applicable. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate the issue and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund following our return policy.
Address Changes and Delivery Instructions
Ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. If an address change is needed after placing an order, contact us immediately. While we will try to update shipment details before dispatch, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is shipped. Delivery instructions should be added at checkout if supported.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Packages returned to ZLUXURQ due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to collect may incur return shipping and reshipment fees. Contact customer service to explore possible solutions.
Restricted Items and Prohibited Destinations
Certain items may not be eligible for shipment to some locations due to carrier restrictions or local regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, we will notify you and suggest alternatives where possible.
Carrier Delays and Force Majeure
ZLUXURQ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs procedures, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will assist with updates and provide guidance as needed.
